This one is going to be hard for you, Shyster. Shady cop but also "Illegal possession of a machine gun?" That doesn't sound very second amendmenty.

If every cop in the nation is selling machine guns, then, well... uh... hang on, I need to go to the ATM and then make a run over to the Ross police station.

Days after a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy agreed to plead guilty to beating a transgender man for flipping him off, at least eight colleagues have been relieved of duty amid the investigation into an alleged cover-up, the Los Angeles Times reports.
Former Deputy Joseph Benza III of Corona was headed to a domestic violence call when he saw the gesture, abandoned the call and, instead, followed the victim — now identified by the Times as 23-year-old teacher Emmett Brock — to a 7-Eleven parking lot in Whittier.
Surveillance video shows Benza throwing Brock to the ground without provocation.
As Brock continued to struggle while screaming for help, Benza can be seen on top of him, holding him down and punching him in the head. The altercation lasted around three minutes before the teacher was cuffed and put into the deputy’s cruiser.
“In his plea agreement, Benza admitted that he lied to the FBI about the incident and alleged that numerous other deputies and sergeants helped obstruct the investigation and cover up the misconduct,” the Times reports.
Now, eight others have been relieved of duty, including multiple sergeants, the Times discovered.
The FBI’s investigation is ongoing. Extending your middle finger is considered free speech and is protected by the First Amendment.

Cops in rural Kentucky execute a late-night raid on the wrong house and kill the resident. What was so important that cops conduct a raid mere minutes before midnight at 11:48 pm? A murder? A kidnapping? Nope, a stolen weed eater belonging to a local government official. And to date, even though this happened several weeks ago, the cops have not admitted that they were at the wrong house. In fact, it was local media that noticed that the address of the shooting was not the address on the search warrant. Radio silence from the police, who conveniently were not wearing any body cameras.

Jason Arrington is pulled over for allegedly running a red light (he asserts it was still yellow). He doesn't have any warrants, has a concealed-carry permit, and it totally cooperative. The police decide to pull him out to disarm him, and one cop shoots Arrington in the leg with his gun after she puts multiple fingers inside the trigger guard. She was fired for incompetency.
