Wow, this has potential. Famous people yelling at Seth Rogen all season? And Catherine O'Hara?

Say Nothing is crazy good. I wasn’t expecting much but hot damn this show cooks. I’m 4 episodes in and the pacing **** moves. Every episode is a banger so far. Also might have the best young/old casting I’ve ever seen.

I downloaded the first episode, but probably won't get to it until next week. The trailer looks good, though.

I know shockingly little about the Troubles, other than some lyrics in U2 and Cranberries songs and some plot points from Tom Clancy's Patriot Games (lol). But this series is excellent.

Here's a great interview with Anthony Boyle, who grew up in West Belfast and hung out in the same bars/pubs that his actual character did back in the day (might need to open it in a privacy tab):

But how will I be able to see Woody Page wither away until he eventually transforms into one of those polyps from Little Mermaid?

Only exteriors shot in Pittsburgh, naturally. This is the show that started out as a reboot to ER, but moved to Pittsburgh when Michael Crichton's widow wouldn't agree to the reboot. Supposedly. I can't be arsed with a network doctor procedural, but an HBO show I will give a shot. Plus, Pittsburgh.

There is a second Pittsburgh set medical drama coming in 2025: CBS has a show called "Watson" debuting at the end of January. This one is based around Morris Chestnut's Dr. John Watson (yes, of Sherlock Holmes fame) solving medical mysteries. Set in Pittsburgh, it's filmed in Vancouver (ugh).

Two episodes in on Interior Chinatown, and it has been delightfully silly. Loving it.

The Indian Ocean tsunami documentary on Disney+/Hulu is pretty decent. I mean it's telling a horrible story, but well done. A touch of gimmickry with the survivor interviews and delay waiting to see if their families or significant others survived, but I get why they did it.

225,000 people died in that event. That's crazy.

Finally finished the 2nd season of rings of power. The last episodes were somewhat watchable and you could probably just watch those and be fine with the show. I really hated this show and can't wait for more. I can't believe they waited until the last episode to reveal what everyone assumed and I wanted to tip over my TV when they called him grand elf and he was like, hmmm, I like the sounds of that. For **** sake, it was one of the dumbest things ever put on the screen. For some reason they made everything about this show a future reveal and it was all the worse for it. What a stupid boring show.

This was really great, much like Shrinking or Ted Lasso. Some of the discussion and handling of the elderly hit a little close to home for me.

But what was crazy was the relationship between the teenaged kids and their parents (Ted Danson's daughter). Some of their dialogue could have been lifted verbatim from our conversations with our kids lol

My wife and I had a good laugh at the family dynamic. My kids aren’t even teenagers but we have the same conversations.

'One Piece' Season 2 Aiming for Christmas 2025 Release According to Actor
How the **** do you have a gap of over two years between seasons? This is absurd and indefensible.
