it's like a 2012 browns fan complaining about Ben, he's their daddy and they are helpless about it

He played adequate, which is better than anybody else who's put on a donkey's uniform in 10 years.
None of y'all would remember this, but back in '21 everybody was crapping on Mahomes's footwork as they were 3-4 to start the year. It's degraded back to that point, and you might be able to rationalize it as due to his ankle and the LT situation. But if his footwork was where it needs to be he wouldn't have sailed that pass over Kelce in the end zone.
He's getting a pass because they continue to win, but that won't last forever (see next weekend). He keeps talking about needing to improve even though we win, but he's only been adequate throwing the ball and superb getting out of a crumbling pocket. If he gets healed up and the throwing mechanics come back to where they can be, then I'll believe in a 3-peat.

The funniest part of that stadium is that any study would have shown that the sun would be shining directly on players given the orientation.

They should’ve just torn down the press room and built a new one.

Always blame the long snapper.
I hate this culture in sports. Like he was trying to miss the kick or being lazy.
'Deebo, what was I doing on those kicks? Were my hips not open enough, or were they sliding? Did I under pronate? Oh yeah, you don't know jack **** about my job so don't come at me. I don't need you to point out that I missed them, or the negative effect it has on the game. I have eyes mfer.'

It sounds like Deebo was going after Moody, and the Long Snapper was vigorously defending his pal Moody.

Heat of the moment stuff IMO. Not a great look for deebo, and I don't blame the LS for defending Moody. With that said Moody missed THREE kicks, and almost missed the GW. If he makes any of those three the game isn't close. He has one job to do, and when the rest of you team is playing up to the normal standard then sometimes people get pissed.

Not one missed kick, not two missed kicks, but three missed kicks in the game. The GW barely snuck in the upright as well.

I know it’s emotions but I love the ridiculousness at yelling at a kicker. Kicking is by far the position that relies on maintaining focus and being calm the most. I’m sure shaming him will make him more likely to make kicks!

They’re in the NFL. The people that play there are the most competitive people to play that sport. They are going to react like this. If a kicker can’t handle harsh reactions at that level they shouldn’t be in the league.

Also needed to say Eberflus out as Bears HC but we’ll have to wait for January 5 for that one.

I should have been more clear, that's a terrible look for Shanahan. I get that Deebo is one of your guys, but his portrayal of the incident is the equivalent of "he was asking for it".

This stuff happens, the NFL is a testosterone fest, but the way he described it would have rubbed me the wrong way if I was a bench player or other non-star on the team. Essentially gave Deebo a free pass for grabbing a dude by the throat.
