Spinach, arugula, orange pepper, cucumber, tomato, and turkey salad. Might have some hippeas (chippeas?) soon...plus water.

For some reason my brain read orange pepper and instead of the obvious (a pepper that is orange) it wondered if they have lemon pepper, orange pepper, and lime pepper... maybe even grapefruit pepper.

It’s all homemade. Does that help?

Catered lunch for "Employee Appreciation Day"

More than half will be gone by this time next year, so it was more of a "good luck" luncheon.

I like them both.

Raw onions make or break an I-Talian hoagie.

I did a lot of food prep on Sunday due to this being a hectic week for myself and my wife.

My lunch for the week:
Eggplant, zucchini, scallion, and tofu, all stir fried with a szechuan sauce and white rice

My wife:
Braised chuck roast, horseradish mashed potatoes, both with gravy and green beans with garlic and butter.

It was a ton of work, but having them in the fridge ready to rock for the week is awesome.

They forgot the pineapple on my Hawaiian bowl today.

But, I think it’s the perfect amount of food for lunch.

I get chopt a lot cause it’s easy, but that’s a bit too much and I usually regret it.
