Random thought of the day,

Really happy for JMFJ on the cup win and continuing career after his parents **** him over. What a ride for that guy.

Also had a chuckle over Kessel being hated in Toronto, winning cups, and putting hotdogs in the cup.

I don’t believe in karma but those two stories I find just… charming.

"Robert Shane Ryan was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 25th, charged with public intoxication. He was released with charges dismissed after the standard 8 hour public intox hold."

Ugh. Hopefully he can stay on the wagon this time. Or off the wagon. Whichever is the good one

My thoughts exactly.

I think it’s on the wagon. The priests would get drunk and fall off

He is a really likable guy, and owns it all. I'm rooting for him.

I’m drunk and on vacation. But the 2nd series of Phil stories has one of him yelling at James Neal that he’s a bum while they’re all working out with Gary Roberts

Good.

I like Adidas shoes and apparel but those jerseys always looked cheap.

I wonder if they go back to CCM or Bauer expands from the IIHF jerseys.

My guess is Nike.

CCM AHL/ECHL retail jerseys are bad.

Seems similar to the Taylor Hall signing in Buffalo situation. He wanted cash and term, but settled for cash I guess to prove he deserves the term?

Klingberg fired his agent (who was just at his wedding the other day) just before making this move...probably priced himself out of the market and now he's going with a, as mentioned, Taylor Hall deal to parlay it into more...plenty of fun to be had passing to Zegras...

55 point pace throughout his career. Pretty solid top pairing guy, but yet leaves me wanting more. Kind of guy who plays a lot of minutes on a team that doesn't win

For me, Klingberg is like the chick you smash and slide out early then next morning and throw a 20 spot on her dresser for a Plan B and then never call her again. I would won’t tied up long term with him. Or her.
