Maybe...but so far they have lost one player. An American , East coast kid who got $100 million. The other kid that may leave had issues with Calgary before, is also American...and both are coming off, by far, the best years of their careers...

Players that have a problem with Sutter’s style are most likely losers anyway

I've always liked the Calgary franchise. They were really close this season. Sucks that it's the closest they'll get for a long while. Hopefully they do well with Tkachuk deal

I hate that two teams in our division have loads of cap space and are linked to him

I read his five choices are STL, Dallas, Vegas, Minnesota or Nashville

Being a young guy and having a guy like Ricci around with that type of energy…it’s awesome. Makes you a foot taller.

It makes me happy to see Paul Kariya doing well, knowing how he felt about hockey and how his head injuries were handled.

YEARS ago my dad's office was in Federated Tower and while rounding the hallway corner into the lobby of what was the Doubletree he bumped into Kariya and knocked him on his ass. Only realized who it was because other larger and recognizable players (probably DAD <3) were following close behind. Said he was shockingly small and couldn't believe he was able to survive on the ice, which in reality I guess he barely did.

Laine got 4 yrs x 8.7mm per

If they have a decent center (Texier?) a line of Laine-X-Gaudreau would be something

Cole Sillinger or Kent Johnson I imagine...especially Sillinger because he'll get his hands dirty for those guys while being "insulated" by their tremendous skill, so to speak...

But you remembered Cameron Gaunce haha - that's still probably a step above me remembering Nordgren and forgetting Kolanos...

Either way, if the spinner last on Sillinger, that's gonna be a really good at in the last round of a fantasy draft, for those that dabble...he's gonna pick up a lot of residuals...

Wow, Bjorkstand has a bomb. I would have liked to beat that offer, if we had room...great deal for Seattle...

Not as simple as that.

The big news recently has been that Hockey Canada knew of a sexual assault incident involving members of the 2018 WJC team/camp players and covered up knowledge of it until Rick Westhead uncovered it.

Rick did more digging and found that Hockey Canada also covered this 2003 incident up as well.

It's not that people are trying to go after the players, but Hockey Canada as a whole because it's extremely clear there's a pattern of action (or lack thereof) against players who sexually assault others.

Laine contributes nothing on defense and is a power play producer. That's steep
