Isn't the stat "played a game in the playoffs", not "is on the team"?

*shrug* it says teammate and makes a claim that that's dead in the water. So, McKegg, who has as few as zero, but as many as 10 games left is gun-jumping nonetheless...

Trying to break trivia has that ****** loser Grinnell written all over it...I hope he falls through a sewer grate...

Woof, heartrate through the roof at the Scuderi save...13 years later, even knowing the outcome.

Man, I was at that game....what an atmosphere. Wish that showed the breakaway stop as well.

Was there too. That place was rocking the entire game. Didn't realize the Scud saves until I got home and watched the replays.

Copp, palat, and Kadri will all be vastly overpaid.

Copp will get paid like a top 6 but is really middle 6. Palat can be a LW1 and will get paid like one. Kadri, mikey covered.

I wouldn't want to do that for copp or Kadri but I definitely would for palat even at 31

Are Preds fans still salty about that whistle? I would be and if it happened today the goal would count.

Watched it down at the arena with my son and his friend. Never gets old revisiting it.

Preds fans have every right to be salty 5 years later. Terrible whistle. Doesn't mean they'd have won the game let alone the cup, but yeah it was inexcusable. I definitely didn't care that night though.

That performance my Murray that night (other than the shouldabeen goal)- wow. His decline has been sad.

Meh he posted back to back shut outs to secure back to back cups. Regardless of his decline he still achieved more than most.

I seem to recall the refs letting the Preds have their way with the Pens after that horrible call and even that didn't get them the win. Pens just wanted it to be over.

Murray was incredible. Played like vasy does in closeout games. It's a shame his mentals couldn't keep up

Watched a couple complications of hype goals scored in the last decade. Without fail if it was against the Pens, the person was going high glove all day. In a way I think Murray’s ego also reall got in the way. He didn’t think he had to change.

It may just be a coincidence but it seemed like his game declined when he was dealing with the death of his father. I always thought it was more of a mental problem than something fundamentally wrong with his game.

Murray also played better with Mike Bales as the goalie coach. Shame they didn't keep him around after the 17 Cup.

Murray’s downfall can be directly correlated to two main flaws. One being his general lack of athleticism. Two being his inability to adapt once a big enough book on him was developed - which his inability to adapt was largely due to his general lack of athleticism.
