So here's the bracket. To me the most exciting opening round match is Minnesota v. Minnesota-Duluth with the old WCHA rivalry.

UMD not messing around. Thumping Minnesota 4-0 halfway through.

NDAK is woodshedding the Q. Save for the one OT game, not much competition so far, it seems.

UND and BU is going to be a heavyweight tilt with lots of haymakers thrown. Providence and Omaha will be a defensive struggle. Both keepers are playing exceptional right now.

I'm cheering for Providence... I have a friend here that went there, and they are the underdog among the 4 (according to rankings anyways)

It's going to be tough for Providence. UND and BU both come in waves offensively.

I didn't say it would be easy, but I do give them a puncher's chance.

So nice on WatchESPN, there's no announcers...just blades carving ice, some chatter and modest amounts of audience reaction...beauty...

I was in Providence for that bachelor party a week and a half ago, and a bunch of Providence fans were out celebrating after they had won. Totally random, but it made for a fun night out.

That BU/ND game was entertaining. I don't watch much NCAA Hockey but I went to BU for a bit and always root for them. Dirty neck jab, though, typical Boston. ;)

BU goalie just pooped out a 2010-11-12 era MAF classic

I had just said he didn't look comfortable.

WOW. BC keeper drops the puck and lets it go between his legs for the tying goal for Providence. Unreal

O'Connor doesn't stay focused long enough on all those highlights.

I doubt BU drew that face off up like that.
