Not for me. Rock the effin Red. I hated the Caps back in the day but that rivalry has kind of fizzled out. And I don't even mind Ovechkin anymore...he's blossomed into more of a two-way player than earlier in his career, and I like him off the ice. Seeing him raise the Cup wouldn't be nearly as bothersome as it would have been circa 2008-2010.

I hope the Caps would sweep the Flyers--but there's no question the Flyers are playing harder than any other team in the NHL right now, IMO. They may fizzle out given how hard they are playing, but that's the last team I would want to see in Round 1. Would MUCH rather have Detroit or Pittsburgh.

Me too. I'm just thinking the the Pens stand a better chance of beating the Flyers in a 7 game series before they could beat the Caps. Got it?

hah fine by me too. In this day and age though, watching the Flyers lose is still oodles of fun. Plus, my buddy is a long-time suffering Caps fan, and a great hockey fan at that.

Man, the Flyers are playing inspired hockey--have to respect it. The best Pens fans can hope for at this point is for Detroit to completely crash and burn. I don't see any of the other bubble teams like Carolina, Ottawa, or NJ making a run, and we have 1-2 games in hand against all of them.
