Not necessarily. You and the agents might have a back and forth if there are other offers out there. If you are targeting a player, chances are you aren't the only GM looking at him, so come with a competitive offer.

Not at all offers require or will get counters. All part of the normal procedure. As an agent, I don't feel the need to sit there and go back and forth if the situation doesn't warrant it (player interest, quality of offer [good or bad], etc.).

I can confirm that is correct. The offer literally read "Schmillion" dollars, but we confirmed that this currency will be backed by the USD. So we're good...
