Totally bizarre they still have Charlotte in the West. No good reason that they couldn't move Portland to the North and add Charlotte to the Atlantic and do a 14-16 split like the NHL does.

West hasn't played East in the tegular season since the last big realignment. Looks like that will still be the case.

I would get season tickets if they were in the Atlantic but I have no desire to see the Western teams. Checkers just moved back to their old arena too and have full control over scheduling. Getting back in the same division as the Hurricanes would have been huge. They are the only team really out of place.
