I've caught myself using a lot of the same answers lately.

9/10, uniqueness: 26
Former Penguins: 4/9
Alexandre Daigle (0.1%) - Mikael Renberg (2%) - Rick Tocchet (3%)
Tom Barrasso (4%) - Mike Johnson (0.4%) - One of the Plager brothers (0.6%)
Andy Hilbert (0.1%) - Dave Andreychuk (16%) - Mike Milbury (1%)

Wrong answer: Jim Carey, BOS/TBL. I thought he had a brief stop in Tampa after Boston.

Eric Boguniecki (0.3%) - Cole (2%) - Twist
Chuck Kobasew (0.3%) - Dom Moore - Geoff Courtnall (0.1%)

or if you want a second round, there's also immaculate grid.

https://www.immaculategrid.com/hockey

today's grid
BOS/BUF - BOS/OTT - BOS/CUP
BUF/DAL - DAL/OTT - DAL/CUP
BUF/DET - DET/OTT - DET/CUP

9/9, uniqueness 52
Former Penguins: 3/9 with an additional one in management and one who was traded to PIT but never played.

98 gold medal winners helped my score, but I also blanked on the lower left corner

8/9, uniqueness 119.
Former Penguins 6/9 (nice)
Gary Roberts (1%) - Mike Commodore (4%) - Jagr (3%)
Paul Coffey (2%) - Ty Conlkin (2%) - Josef Beranek (0.4%)
Alex Galchenyuk (wrong) - Derrick Brassard (2%) - Milan Hejduk (3%)

Alex Galchenyuk never played in Carolina. He was traded there in 2021 but was traded to Toronto two days late without playing a game.

I assume this is for Saturday 8/5 based on number of responses

I got 9/9, 93, 4 former penguins
Gartner (6%)-Potvin (1%)-Kessel (4%)
Fehr(3%)-Kennedy (2%)-Marleau
Backstrom-Bossy-Ovechkin

I'm shocked that only 5% got Ovechkin for 1000 GP/Played for one team, but 48% used him for Crappies/Played for one team so just a good shift on my part to Backstrom

8/6, 9/9, 76, only one Penguin
Bjugstad-Ronning-Kahkonen
Upshall (1%)-McLean (.6%)-Lammikko (1%)
Doan-Cassels (.6%)-Selanne

I'm still trying to do a 9/9 Penguins round. Today's 'doku won't be the day.

9/9, uniqueness 51
former Penguins: 5/9, including honoring one who is no longer a Penguin as of today
Alex Galchenyuk (16%) - J-J Daignault (0.6%, with one GP for the Wild) - Kappo Kahkonen (5%)
Alex Auld (0.6%) - Jussi Jokinen (1%) - Olli Jokinen (19%)
Jeremy Roenick (9%) - Tony Tanti (0.5%) - Mikael Granlund (1%)

9/9, 22 which is my best one. That Preds/Jets (Thrashers) was rough
de Vries(.9%)-Schneider(.9%)-Hrkac(.2%)
R. Robitaille (.6%)-Perreault(.7%)-Tookey(0%,only one who took him)
Arnott-Gionta-Dowd

If you want a really sneaky good player for multiple teams, Tim Tookey is a good one. 106 games total on 5 teams. Former Providence Bruin, saw him play in his last season before he retired.

9/11, uniqueness 201
former Penguins: 3/9
Guy Lafleur (4%) - Donald Brashear (3%) - Martin Biron (0.2%)
Joonas Donskoi (21%) - Daniel Sprong (21%) - Jordan Eberle (45%)
Jack Johnson (34%) - Robert Lang (1%) - Jonathan Toews (72%)

Wrong answers: Jaromir Jagr and Chris Drury, NYR/WJC Gold. Drury wasn't even close to a gold, with a single 5th place finish in 1996. Jagr did medal with the 1990 Czechoslovakia team, but only finished in 3rd place.

I bombed it today.

9/13, uniqueness 74
former Penguins used: 1/9
Shayne Corson (0.5%) - Jason Arnott (2%) - Brian Sutter*** (6%)
Wendel Clark (1%) - Ed Belfour (19%) - Mike Peluso (5%)
Petr Mrazek (12%) - Trevor Daley (2%) - Joey Kocur (27%)*

wrong answers, and there were plenty of them today:

STL/200+ PIM:
Barclay Plager had a career high of 176 in 1971-72
Keith Tkachuk broke 200 PIM 3x with WPG 1.0/PHX but never with STL. His high with STL was only 139 PIM.
Chris Pronger never broke 200 PIM in his career. His career high was 180, which was with STL.

DET/200 PIM:
Darren McCarty never broke 200 in the NHL. His career high with the Red Wings was 181 in 1993-94.

9/9, uniqueness 21
former Penguins used: 7/9 plus one former assistant coach and one agent to a former Penguin.
Petr Svoboda (1%) - Paul Coffey (7%) - Rick Tocchet (0.8%)
Christian Ehrhoff (7%) - Bill Guerin (2%) - Tony Granato (0.1%)
Patrick Lalime (4%) - Pat Falloon (0.6%) - Derick Brassard (0.8%)

Low point for me i think, 9/9 12
Visnovsky (7%) - Olausson (0.4%) - Rucchin (1%)
Corvo (2%) - Zalapski (1%) - Liut (0.7%)
Ersberg (1%) - Herron (0.5%) - Rutherford (0.0%, pretty sure I was the only one who said him)

I almost said him.

9/9, uniqueness 9
Former Penguins: 7/9
Former Chiefs: 3/9
Zamboni drivers with a career 1-0 record vs the Leafs: 1/9

Tomas Sandstrom (1%) - Carl Hagelin (5%) - Garrett Burnett (0.1%)
Paul Coffey (3%) - Nicklas Nordgren (0.1%) - David Ayres (1%)
Jeff Zatkoff (0.5%) - Petr Skudra (0.6%) - Dany Sabourin (0.1%)

I'm not sure if I'm more surprised that 28 other people picked Dany Sabourin as their Canadian goalie or that 20 other people remembered that Nicklas Nordgren existed.
