I thought for sure he had a stretch like that in Ottawa, but he missed it by one goal. He gave up 5, 4, 3, 4, and 6 in five consecutive games from 11/1/21 to 1/1/22.

I just realized that Hkref has him listed as 6' 5", 203. I don't have much issue with the height because rarely is it accurate, but I don't think Murray weighs 203 even while wearing his full gear while carrying a gallon of water in each hand.

Anyone who told you that was probably pretty bang on...

Before this cold snap, Murray was giving them ~2.50/.920 goaltending (11-4-2 record). That's what Samsonov is offering too basically. And they're doing it for less than $6.5 mil between the two of them. And this is probably the most creative offense in the league, it's not like they're sitting back defending him...I mean, they traded Sandin for Gustafsson haha...they're gonna try to out-gun everyone...again...

That doesn't really sound like a winning formula for the playoffs. I do find myself rooting for Murray though.

Binnington is a clown. he needs 2 things to happen, 1) he needs to be mentally evaluated. he is unhinged. 2) he needs to be suspended. he's always throwing that blocker at players' heads.

I wish Flower had the chance to beat him down like the dodint that he is.
