A lot of people are saying Carey Price is old and outmatched
I don’t know what kind of loser crew you pal around with, but I’ve heard nothing of the sort.
I have however heard pretty much everyone say that Carey Price is an old and outmatched overrated underachiever who isn’t even a fringe hall of fame candidate unless you’re some jamoke who gets off on goaltending technique, which doesn’t even matter because most goalies suck and Hasek, the undisputed GOAT, tended goal like a spastic rubberized version of meow that could actually stop pucks.

“Deserve” that’s so silly. They are a very good team, they built from within, and they’ve fought through major adversity. A lesser GM would have made a massive change after the CLB sweep but they stuck with it because they knew it was an outlier.
If the Pens won this year it wouldn’t be a cheap win. Everyone had the same playing field and if the Bolts win they absolutely deserve it. That’s the other beauty of 7 game series. There’s no “lucky day” for a team that decides the whole thing.

I'm hoping for a Habs win in game 5 and for the Bolts to win it all in game 6. This way Tampa doesn't get their home ice celebration and Montreal has to watch a Florida team win it on their ice. Sounds fun.
