Idk I like zegras, make the play but you really can't blame someone for taking a shot at you later, it's a competitive game that's how it works

Nah. Maybe your team should play better defense, if you don't want guys scoring like that.

**** Beagle. **** plug.

Not surprised you'd be into that type of play. Hey it was sweet, have at it, but guys are gonna get pissed. That's how hockey works

Case in point - how many times have you seen Sid attempt that? With the amount of times he's dusted dudes behind the net, he could have probably scored a dozen goals like that by now. Yet he hasn't even considered it, I wonder why

Also...Zegras jams at a loose puck, there's a very light cross check. And then Terry comes in with what appears to be an elbow and gets pounded. I don't like players getting hit when they're down nor do I really care that much for Nasher's comment, but that's how he always talks...

Then make an attempt to stop it instead of gooning it up like a whiny dodint because you gave up a goal.

Heaven forbid people show some skill once in a while.

It gets **** tiring any time someone does something remotely skillful in a game to hear "that doesn't belong in the game" or "that dude should get beat up because I hate skill and prefer to see lugnuts punch each other in the face".

It's a **** dinosaur mentality.

Also, Sid has tried it at least once in the NHL because he had the time and space to do so. Most of the time, he doesn't get that space. Maybe these teams should defend Zegras if they don't want him to score like that.

Lots of skill to be had. In fact I think we even have a thread here dedicated to it. Take a gander when you get a chance

Not my point.

I mean, why does this rise to the level of needing retaliation because you gave up a goal but going between the legs doesn't?

It's just sour grapes from idiots who need to get into the 21st century. Skill is king now in hockey. I'd wager most 4th liners today would skate circles around guys like Tyson Nash. Quit acting like skill is a bad thing.
