Yea they are. But from my limited hockey knowledge, they seemed to really struggle going east to west to break down the Vegas press. They are fast and huge, but seem to struggle when they aren’t going north and south. And to me, their D doesn’t move the puck as well as I thought before the playoffs.And Winnipeg...Winnipeg is diesel...
Should the NHL have the Pens and Caps redo their series in case it was a big fluke?I still think the Pens have the best team in the league still. They were just worn the hell out. The only team roster wise that compares is Tampa because of their depth, D, and goaltending.....but throughout these playoffs, I think Geno plus Sid (not even including Kessel) > Stamkos plus Kucherov

No disrespect to the Caps, I'm a firm believer that Washington beating them is a huge fluke and robs the Pens of truly accomplishing what their capable of. I've spent the last few days in pure disbelief and it just doesn't make sense to me. I've spent the entire regular season watching the Pens play great hockey it's just not fair.
If the Pens lose again I will face that the Caps deserved the win, but I am just 100% sure it was a fluke and does a big disservice to the Pens and the NHL.
