No need to have a different thread for every series , but thought it would make sense to partition the discussion a little bit to make it easier to follow.

I'll be doing my best to tune into the Ducks vs. Sharks, and Kings vs. Knights match-ups. Too bad Suter is hurt because he'd make that Winnipeg vs Minnesota series interesting. Pretty sure Nashville and Winnipeg should make it to the second round easily.

See, with or without Suter, I'm not sure Minnesota wins a game...I am very down on Minnesota...very down with Winnipeg...

I think they'll manage one or two in some close games but Peg is definitely the superior team. Now I think Nashville sweeps the Avs easily.

Minnesota needs to stop with this whole “be competitive” thing. There isn’t a bigger waste of real estate in the playoffs, year after year.

My only hope for the West is that Subban is sent home as soon as possible. It’s a shame he ended up in Nashville. I realize their fans are ignorant hicks, but I would enjoy that team if not for Subban.

Alternately, I could make peace with him if everyone would stop pretending that he’s funny. Just because he clumsily attempts humor, doesn’t mean he knows how it works.

I liked Nashville until Carrie Underwood and NBC got a hold of them. Adding Subban didn't help. Now I'll be actively rooting against them for at least a decade.

My half baked narrative that im not going to flesh out and I’m certainly going to stick with is that the only difference between Subban and Sean Avery is that one guy smiles and is very very talented.

I just grind it out. I stay up and watch every game. It's worth it in exchange for a few hours of sleep for a handful of weeks...it's the Stanley Cup Playoffs...this is history. plus It gets a little easier after the schedule starts to break up a little in the Conference Finals...you get a night off or two mixed in there...or you end up with two central/mountain teams in the Final...

How much do cats sleep?
Anywhere from 16 to 20 hours a day, typically. For very young and very old cats, it's near the upper end of the range, and newborns sleep almost 24/7.
