Oh boy. Good chance my favorite hockey thing happens tonight. Lunqvist getting pulled. He’s given up two early against NJD

There is an approximate 0% chance he stays in Ottawa

Good for him to get out of there. Shame for Ottawa, though.

They'll forget all about that when they move to QC...

is it weird that the red wings announcers are probably my favorite in the league?

Really really awful. Both guys are horrific. That honestly might be the worst duo, man for man, in the league.is it weird that the red wings announcers are probably my favorite in the league?
That take is even weirder than the night in the NHL...lot of shenanigans tonight...can't wait to hear about that overturned goal in Florida knocking Philadelphia out of the playoffs in a week...

Narrowly avoided that prophecy fully coming to fruition, although I guess I still get a "confirmed" for that one

There is an odd video of him picking up a puck at the end of the last home game and tucks it into his pants.Karlsson not making Ottawa's season-ending trip.

We are careening towards a play-in game between St. Louis and Colorado on Saturday night. A little pre-playoff playoff...

Excellent.

I did see something yesterday where, if the right circumstances occur, the Flyers and Panthers would have a perfect tie, even going down the list of the tiebreakers. No one knows what would happen in that case.

I don’t really care if they know what they’re talking about. I don’t listen for analysis. I think they're goofy, and that entertains me. And when we play Detroit, they usually spend most of the game praising us, which isn’t the worst thing.
Also...the competition isn’t exactly fierce.

They are easily and I mean easily the biggest homers in the league...the Red Wings have not, are not and will not do anything wrong...I don't know if you're utilizing the SAP function on your remote or what...but these are some of the worst shenanigans I have heard from you ever...shmanigans...I don’t really care if they know what they’re talking about. Boy, that's a hell of a stretch. Florida basically needs to win their last three games all in a shootout. They've won 3 games (out of 6) in a shootout all year...even then, I have to imagine regular, general wins factors in somewhere along the way...which Florida would clearly win...I did see something yesterday where, if the right circumstances occur, the Flyers and Panthers would have a perfect tie, even going down the list of the tiebreakers. No one knows what would happen in that case.
I'd just like Florida to make it. And Florida making it means Tampa finishes 1st. Which means we get TB/Fla...

Jack is a major homer, but Brick >>> Mickey in every regard...homerism, making sense, not being senile, holding his liquor during a broadcast, etc.I don't believe you.
Mickey Redmond has indoctrinated an entire generation of Red Wings fans to be these intolerable super homer half-human type creatures...I hope all the bad things in the world happen to him and only him...
