I found it interesting that two players that were being mentioned a lot by the fans as players that Rutherford should go for, Kulikov and Alzner, are on the list.

I don't like the "easy way out" contract picks of the guys going on LTIR. Their contracts are near meaningless. Clarkson, Horton, etc.

Braun, Kulikov, Bouwmeester...? Do these guys even hockey?

That Parise contract. Sheesh.

We all know Orpik blows now but who cares what his point totals are? He's never put up many points.

The bad contracts have little to do with $$ and are bad because of term.

Who has the worst contact on this list? Eriksson? Orpik? Backes? Seabrook?

The red wings are such a disaster. I won't lose sleep over their descent into irrelevancy. Though I think the league picked the wrong time to fellate them with the horrible realignment.
