The schedule for this was a little wonky all together...but look, these are the dates of the tournament...12/26 to 1/5. Teams want their players back...sometimes it works out to be a friendly day, sometimes it doesn't...but outside of the occasional Christmas day start, these have been the dates for as long as I can remember watching this tournament...

Cezchia comes back from 5-2 down in the bronze medal game to take it 8-5 over Finland (2 empty netters). I've had worse background entertainment for work on a Friday morning.

The referees have let quite much go. For example a club swing.
Pens should have the same PP conversion as the Swedish team ;)
