GMJR managed to have a two to three year run here where things weren't absolutely farcical like the rest of his career, but boy shits really gone off the rails with this one.

Has there ever been another instance where a press conference was scheduled to announce the firing of the current coach and a replacement named while the current coach was still behind the bench? Seems unnecessarily cruel.

Tim Horton’s right? Still, considering GMJR threw a tantrum and quit the penguins because he wasn’t allowed to make a video game trade makes me think that a lot of this was his idea.

Hopefully Pittsburgh media is next in going scorched earth on him, and leaking why he really left/rage quit.
