45 minute bag skates to start training camp...
Compared to what I did last night for my first time on the ice this season - a couple of skill drills, two angle/gapping drills, two small area games, and some free scrimmage time.
It's the first practice of the season, if you don't have pucks and a physical/mental connection/challenge, you're just wrong...

Czech Government: Russian NHL players will not get visa to any European country that is part of the Schengen Area (which includes Czech Republic). Players with current valid visa would be able to come - at this point. But even in those cases negotiations to cancel Russian visa are undergoing:

I am all in on the Senators hype train. I'd put that offense up against almost anybody.
Theyre gonna play a lot of 6-5 games and I still say no playoffs this year but thats as exciting a forward group as you'll find.
