good for the panthers. connolly has come a long way. like his pedigree. he's far removed from the bust tag
imo he's a steal at that price and the term speaks for itself
based solely on my visual* i'm nevertheless pretty sure which team got the best value

*too often fatally flawed

Connolly looks like he is 47, not 27.

If we're comparing the two, I'd prefer Tanev.

Kid got a one-way deal. Good for him. Other former Pens that I saw on low end deals were Letestu getting a 1 year, 700K, 350K in the AHL, deal with Winnipeg and good ole Jayson Megna getting the same with Colorado.

The Maple Leafs have extended the contracts of centre Alex Kerfoot and defenceman Cody Ceci after acquiring them via trades on Canada Day. Kerfoot signed a four-year, $14 million contract extension while Ceci was locked up with a one-year, $4.5 million deal.

Do people that think Subban is hilarious not have any funny friends or something? Is it just simply that he’s a hockey player doing non-hockey things? Or is it an actual appreciation for his comedy?

I guess it’s just personal preference. A bag of listerine...wearing a bikini as a gag...he’s basically Dee Reynolds to me.

Hope Brian Gibbons enjoyed that $1MM contract last season. Back to the land of two-way deals. Surprised that Michael Ferland is still out there.

Wouldn't mind seeing Ferland and/or Johansson on the Pens, alas all that pushback is expensive.
