With ever more people playing hockey, why would there not be more teams?

Also, move the Coyotes to Houston and the Panthers to Quebec.

Les Alexander won't let anything happen in Houston without him owning it...they're a non-starter for now and they have been...

I know their setup is way the hell out there, but once you get there that little party area with those 5-6 bars with outdoor seating and the water fountain common area is actually kind of decent in my opinion. Better than what is around PPG as far as bars and entertainment within walking distance of the arena for sure.

I've never seen Wilson get pulled away from a confrontation so easily before.

He really does remind me of Dale Hunter. Extremely dirty and willing to get into the face of anyone smaller/weaker... but a complete turtle against equal or tougher guys.

My main point is that, regardless of Wilson being on the other end, this whole thing with him and Reaves was dumb and detracted from the game being played.

Oh. That's no slewfoot. Their feet came together incidentally after their upper bodies came together.

A slewfoot is a very particular play. Not all leg contact where a player goes down is one.

I think the whole thing is dumb, and people cheering it because it's against Tom Wilson is dumber.

I think fighting is dumb. I think two guys chasing after one another instead of playing hockey is dumb.

I'm just at a really low tolerance for any bullshit right now, apparently.

I never said Reaves deserved a suspension. I'm saying it's dumb to cheer about it for one guy but cry foul when the other guy does it.

They both should've gotten 10 minute misconducts early in the 1st when the shenanigans started.
