They're separate deals, but effectively...Minnesota trades Dubnyk, Donato, and a pick to San Jose for a 3rd in 2021 and a 5th in 2022...

Report: ESPN, Fox and even CBS could bid on NHL
ESPN and Fox Sports said to be interested in pursuing NHL media rights, and CBS Sports could also make a bid, according to Front Office Sports. The NHL’s current $200 million/year deal with NBC expires at the end of next season. The NHL, which is widely expected to split its rights across multiple partners in its next deal, earlier this year delayed negotiations until at least the end of 2020. [Front Office Sports 10.2]

Ideally, it's a combo of ESPN and NBC/CBS/Fox sports while obviously keeping the regional networks. Don't go exclusive with JUST NBC or even worse just ESPN. Something similar to the NBA/NFL/MLB would be nice.

He had a real tough playoffs, so this makes sense in retrospect...he was really good for them otherwise next to Provorov...took a lot of tough minutes...that leaves a gap in the Flyers projected top-4 for next year...

2 yrs, $1.8 mil per for Justin Braun in Philadelphia...that's a good deal for them. Braun's legs aren't what they used to be, but that's a fine third pairing guy...

I saw a note somewhere online saying perhaps we'd see more retirements from guys who have made their money - Whatever percentage they're not going to get due to revenues, due to covid travel risks, plus dealing with all the restrictions/empty arenas/bubbles etc.
