He’s only missed 48 games in 18 seasons. Wtf? Our guys like to miss 48 games per season.
You can't score if you don't play ;) He just have to take his position on the PPand score empty netters when he is feeling unwell.

That said. It sucks for him to lose his dad.

Kings extend Mikey Anderson 8 x 4.125

Normally I'd say 8 years is too long for that type of player but that's a great number for a top 4 guy for age 24-32

Good for him. Can't believe that he's only 28 and this is somehow the first season after the GMJR extension for him. Feel like he's been around, and gone from Pittsburgh, for an eternity.

There is no way Olli Maatta is only 28, right, @crusherstasiak?

Stupidly put his own player under fire last night, again. Huberdeau had to answer for it today.

The last thing Huberdeau needs right now is eyes...he's been Bryan Rust this year basically...but at $10 mil per year...

I knew he was underperforming - but seeing that tweet is exactly what you described. I looked at his numbers and yikes.

My first experience with chatGPT...

Me: Who is the best player in NHL history to play for three or more franchises?

It: There have been many great NHL players who have played for multiple franchises throughout their careers, but one player who stands out as one of the best to play for three or more teams is Mark Messier.

Messier is widely regarded as one of the greatest players in NHL history, and he played for a total of four different teams over his 25-year career: the Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers, Vancouver Canucks, and briefly the Dallas Stars. He won six Stanley Cup championships, including five with the Oilers and one with the Rangers, and he was a 15-time NHL All-Star.

Messier's leadership, skill, and overall impact on the game make him a strong candidate for the title of the best player in NHL history to play for three or more franchises.

Me: I'm surprised that you wouldn't name Wayne Gretzky - who played for Edmonton, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and the New York Rangers. Also, Mark Messier never played for the Dallas Stars.

It: I apologize for my mistake earlier. You are absolutely correct that Wayne Gretzky played for four different teams during his NHL career, including the Edmonton Oilers, Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues, and New York Rangers, which makes him one of the best players in NHL history to play for multiple teams.

Wayne Gretzky is widely regarded as the greatest hockey player of all time, and his achievements in the NHL are unmatched. He holds numerous records, including the record for the most points in NHL history, and he won four Stanley Cup championships in his career, all with the Edmonton Oilers.

Thank you for correcting me and providing the correct information. As an AI language model, I strive to provide accurate information, but I do occasionally make mistakes, and I appreciate any feedback that helps me improve my responses.

Me: Mark Messier is from Canada. He played for Team Canada, not Team USA.

It: You are absolutely right, and I apologize for the error in my previous response. Mark Messier is a Canadian ice hockey player, and he has represented Canada in international competitions, including the Canada Cup and the Olympics. I apologize for any confusion my earlier response may have caused, and thank you for bringing this to my attention.
