Remember this game? I'm sure you have to, as it was one of the craziest games I've ever watched, especially with what happened against them the week before.



Of course, I'm talking about the Pens/Isles 2011. I showed my friend, a wings fan, this video and he laughed so hard at just how crazy the whole game was. Watching these highlights and then watching the Wings/Avs team brawl highlights are a great time.

Just think if you never knew anything about the game or players, and tune in to see a psycho leprechaun with a handlebar mustache get kicked out and then come back to talk crap.

That game was more enraging than any other sporting event I've witnessed. Super Bowl losses, SCF losses, that's disappointment. This was maddening.

Agreed. And then that sh!thole of an organization tried to celebrate it later on. Despicable.

I don't even know where to start with this game. And then, once I get started, I don't know where to end.

Whether the Pens were goaded or whatever, I hated that they were a part of it. I think it also heralded in a sea change for the team, as well. The team became mentally and physically soffer. It's probably a real stretch, but I've sometimes wondered if the 2012 Flyers series would have played out the way it did if this game didn't happen the year before.
