see that confuses me because according to that chart, he signed his first contract 4 years ago and since he's 23 it's been >3 years.

I think if it was the real deal, and Detroit had to protect Mrazek, Howard goes into the player pool.

Yeah, Colby, I ran into a similar situation with Chicago... I had to decide between Crawford, Darling, & Raanta, as all 3 were eligible. Thankfully, they only have 3 defensemen worth protecting (the others are waiver-protected).

Lol i dont know... quincey serves a purpose, smith you still hold out hope can put it all together. The 2 forwards are good imo
