Have they confirmed empty arena games yet? Last I heard they were looking at either A) empty arena, B) neutral site, C) playing at the visitors arena, D) postponing.

Empty arena seems like the only viable option. Neutral site would just encourage fans to travel there which defeats the whole purpose of the ban.

Agree. He was going full out and Gibson ran a pick. I am not sure what the league wanted him to do there. I suppose it was just because he jumped, but even that looked more to get out of the way of the body.

Just have all of the teams play. Regular season in 100% just for bracket. Plus, everyone gets a trophy.

He was totally out of control of his body. I think that is the reason for the fine. Not so much what happened - he did bury his buttend into that dude’s grill - but more of a message telling players they can’t be that wild when trying to throw hits

I understand Sundqvist has a history but I don't even think he was trying to throw a hit. He was going for the puck, hit the boards, and bounced up and into the other guy.
