Yeah, they were humming on the previous one. Interesting that Silfverberg was way out high on the left side as a RHS and wasn't really a shooting option. Next PP he scores from the right dot. Not intuitive, but hey, I'll take it...

Wow....the Quacks threw the kitchen sink at Talbot over the final 2 periods and he got almost all of them.

The Oilers steal both road wins and look good going home....let's hope the Pens can be like the Oilers later this evening.

Well the Oilers were like the Pens from Thursday, so it's only fair to keep it going.

I'm not sure I could take the media if McDavid makes it to the Conference Finals, but this is probably how people feel about Crosby. Edmonton is also the only Canadian team left (Ottawa doesn't count as existing).

Either way, the Western Conference will big a F U to the NHLs TV ratings, and they deserve it for having such a %^$& playoff format. If the Pens get bumped, I hope it's Ottawa vs Nashville, with Ottawa getting swept.

I'd like the Oilers and Pens to meet in the SCF, watch the rest of the league's fans lose it, and then the Pens take on the elder statesmen role that the DRW played in 2008 and give them the business. Seems only natural.

Not that I want a rematch on the losing side in 2018, but let's take one year at a time.

McDavid gets a lot of love now because NOBODY in this country knows all that much about him and he's freakin good. How many Edmonton games do you remember being on NBCSN this season? One, maybe (and I think it was against Buffalo too...who's watching that?). We're spoiled because we've watched Crosby grow up and the media bobbleheads shoved him down everyone's throats because of his talents. But I don't get how anyone in the US can be sick of McDavid already because we hardly every get to see him.

And he's really put up some crazy saves, too. Game could've gotten away from them in the 2nd. He just barely has a better SV % than Hank.
