This year 2-8-10

That ain't gonna last

His worst 10 game stretch last year was 13 points and the team went 4-6

I think woodcroft's seat is hot but idk how you fire him when mcdavid is scoring at half the pace he is capable and they can't get a God damn save

Not saying he's necessarily the sole reason, but Woodcroft (with this roster) was cooking at .683 pts% before this year. The guy before him was going at .596. 97 point pace vs 112 point pace. I don't know...there's plenty of discussion about this team in these threads, I've maintained that they're the late 90's Penguins...bottom six forwards, defense, and goaltending are all various shades of puke...

That team needed defense and goaltending when Holland took over in 2019 and nearly five years later, they've made virtually no progress on that front.

it's not just the goaltending. it's their pathetic defense too. Nurse may very well be the most overrated and overpaid D in the entire NHL.
