My mom (RIP) made meatloaf alot as a kid cause we were poor as **** and it was pretty cheap and simple to make. She couldn't cook much at all, but she could make a damn good meatloaf.

 That was my favorite at my previous job. For every year of service, you get a voucher for a free meal at the cafeteria. They already have a discounted price of $4 for lunch or dinner. So thanks, big spender!!!

I went into the office for a (scheduled) one hour meeting on a usual work from home day. It needed to be in person because we had to visibly check printouts.

I think I spent more time driving to and from Oakland than I did in the meeting room, as we finished up in about half an hour.

A headline for NTP:
Yelp’s CEO thinks hybrid work is ‘hell.’ His solution: Take the company fully remote
Outside of that, does anyone still use Yelp?

Some disappointing meatloaf takes here. It's not 1972 mystery meat anymore. You can do some cool stuff with meatloaf. My mother in law's only redeeming quality is her beef/pork meatloaf recipe

Maybe I'll try meatloaf again, and cook it via smoking it. There are other, better meats to cook first though lol.

No need to smoke a meatloaf...in the oven is just fine if you make it right.

I think the only way I'd try it is if I could smoke it. Otherwise, no interest lol. Only way I can hop on the bandwagon, probably.

I could go for a big 'ol thick, cold meatloaf sandwich on sourdough. My leftover Chinese looks less appetizing now lol

I'm with Mac, cook it on a rack so it's not swimming in fat in the pan plus it gets a nice crust on it.

Had meatloaf tonight and my wife insisted that I’d like it.

I in fact did not like it. First one in about 5+ years. Total coincidence, but gag worthy.
