I let my team work from home one day a week - but not Monday or Friday
A lot of places do this to prevent people from always having a 'prime' day. We have no restrictions on which day anyone takes, and I personally prefer Tuesday and Thursday to break up the week. Another team on our floor rotates Fridays so that everyone gets to take that day once a month.

If I could listen to music at work I wouldn't care to work from home. I'm currently in the process of re-vamping one of our products, designing test fixtures, and working on documentation for work instructions, quality procedures, and incoming inspections. Caffeine is my friend.

Why aren't you allowed? Even with earbuds in?

Because I am technically a technician therefore I am on the shop floor even though my responsibilities are more so than the other techs since I was working for a small company and I'm the only one that can perform what I am currently doing. Kind of a kick in the groin since I feel I should be in engineering but so be it.

If you'd have said next year was in Chicago, I would wonder if we're heading to the same conference.

I WFH on Mon/Thur. I'm required to be downtown to access our SCIF two days a week. If I could get that third day converted to WFH I'd be very happy.

Had to email one of our EVPs just now. I re-read that email about 15 times before sending it.

I work from home every Friday. I would not want to work from home much more than that. Friday is awesome, because if we are going up to my in-laws in NY or something, we can drive up Thursday night after rush hour and I can just work from there on Friday. It's just nice to look forward to at the end of the week, and allows me to get some stuff done around the house.

I work from home on Mondays. It's awesome, but after a year the Sunday scaries just hit on Monday now so it's all the same.

Bell & Evans breaded uncooked chicken patties are delicious. Expensive, though. A box of four costs as much as a 10-patty bag from the cheapo brands, but IMO the extra price is worth it.

I would not like Monday WFH, because I don't like the idea of getting back into the office a day after everyone else. But on Fridays, multiple other people WFH and people are kinda checked out at that point.

Bad part about Monday WFH is a lot of Federal holidays are observed on Monday so you lose out. Going directly to the office on Tuesday of a 3 day weekend is awwwwffuulllllllllllllllllllllllllll.
