Starting the meeting more than two minutes before meeting time is gross.
I don't like being on camera and only do it in one meeting per week. New CEO says everyone should be on all the time. But I'm not gonna do that. Plus, in my dev meetings, we're always looking at some sort of materials. It's rare that we're just sitting around shooting the ****...

Unrelated question: Since I'm not a dunce, I pay people for better-than-expected production. In the other department that I run, it's a bunch of entry level people doing a mundane task. So I pay them a monthly bonus based on the quantity and quality of their work. Is there anything I can do to reduce the tax burden on that bonus? Is there something else I can reasonably get accounting to frame it as - a commission? I don't know...
