I feel like I wanna say, "it's that damn, sasquatch, that's who" but it really doesn't fit there...

You'd get murdered for something like that around here. Nearly every company lunch ends up with leftovers that are eaten the next day as company lunch 2.0.

WTF is someone going to do with 5 XL pizzas, though?
Feed some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles? Speaking of, PETA is trying to get Nickelodeon to make the new ninja turtles vegan.

We've had people around here who just take catered lunches that are saved for meetings. Countless times someone just walks up, grazes the table and walk away and it's clearly not for them.

I do not understand people.

If you have a 30 minute meeting with one other person and they are late, what is the appropriate amount of time to wait for them until you hang up and send them the “I’m not mad, I’m disappointed” email?

I overhear neighbor say "analyzation" twice on a call.

After call, I say, not a word.

Push back.

Consults google, google says it is a word.

Other programs do not recognize.

Is "analyzation" a word?

Some online dictionary basically defines it as the noun form of analyze. So it would be the product of the analysis.

It is not recognized by Microsoft word, or the mozilla spell check

Seems like the complicated, passive voice (passive-voicification?) used in academia to sound more haughty and esoteric than is needed. So, by that logic, it's a forced derivative of a real word and thus, is technically a word. But it doesn't need to be one...

I thought analysis was the noun?

"Please look at this analysis of your performance."

I've run through almost every form of the sentence in my head, and there isn't a single one that analyzation sounds better than analysis.

"We analyzed the data" vs. "the data was subject to analyzation"

If you're trying to be in academia and/or increase your word count, you take the latter in straight sets...

c2i, you're not wrong. But that's a practical take in the face of impracticality...

I have analyzed this debate and have determined that anyone using 'analyzation' is a muttonhead.
