I couldn't agree more. I hate panel interviewsI've never done a panel interview. I honestly would be more uncomfortable with that. Solo you can just have a conversation and it feels more natural.

This is the boat I am in, probably partially because I'm an introvertI've never done a panel interview. I honestly would be more uncomfortable with that. Solo you can just have a conversation and it feels more natural.

We've been interviewing the last two weeks via panel over Skype. That hasn't exactly been great, but it's better than being in a room together at this point.

our firm has been very on top of the federal relief programs for businesses affected by covid. If there are any business owners out there on 5af that want to know more about their options send me a DM. We're putting a webinar on tomorrow open to anyone.

There was a physical altercation between a man and woman at tonight at work. She, from my vantage point, appeared to initiate it. He was removed from the building. Imo both should be fired.

I guess they were arguing all day back and forth. Last thing was her calling him a mfer then aggressively approached him with an object that was roughly 18"x18"x1/4" and put it near his head, likely making contact.

Yikes. I'll be interested to hear what comes out of that. I mean I'm sure tensions are running high and all, but....yikes.

Spoiler alert, LBL works at a professional wrestling ring and the object was a folding chair.

What are peoples thoughts on those resumes with the two columns? Not with the weird rating thing some people do.

I don't care for it myself.

Good for marketing type resumes, but otherwise I don't care for it much.

I don't really like it, but it keeps popping up as I am trying to update my resume. I wasn't sure if it was now the norm or something.

A lot of resume sites that speak broadly tell you to have a resume that "stands out"...which sounds good if you're going for an artsy/sales/whatever position...but if you're hiring someone to sweep the floor, it's a little over the top naturally...

As a person who has had to review science type people's resumes, it wouldn't do anything for me if I were reviewing resumes. I'm looking for content, not style.
