it was good, thanks. most people are just worried about getting CPE credit so most of my efforts were ensuring it lasted the 50 minutes, but I think it wasn't a total waste for everyone either.@willeyeam - how was the presentation?

I'm a marginal germaphobe. Full hand and nail bed wash and then use a paper towel to open the door.I saw someone I used to almost respect here not wash their hands after using the bathroom...so there goes that...

There's at least 2 people here who don't flush the urinals and it still bugs me.
I had to follow a guy out the door of a Sheetz bathroom who didn't wash his hands after taking a massive dump. I almost vomited as I used 5 paper towels to grip the handle and open the door.

Had lunch today with a potential customer/collaborator. The dude had really bad scoliosis and had surgery to help fix it. He went into the surgery being 6'2" and came out of it 6'9". He said he has a 42" inseam for his pants and a 7'3" wingspan. Was a really nice guy, but super odd looking. Was all legs. Almost reminded me of Dr. Eggman.

I did call it out once...someone walked past the sinks and I said "GROSS!" - he doesn't work with me, so that's the best I could do...

Paper towel on the door is a must on the way out. What's the point of washing your hands only to put them on a fecal matter covered door handle?I'm a marginal germaphobe. Our bathroom actually has one of those fancy door handles you can hook your arm around.

There is a guy that uses our bathroom to brush and floss after lunch every day. I'll just assume that he's a short time away from mouth cancer by the way you people act.

Here's some Stan for you:
Molly gave him a task - do these things, using files A-Z. He emails her today to say he's "done." She, surprised, says "oh ok - move on to task 123." He says "well, I'm not done" there "aren't files" for Q-Z. She asks him to clarify. He again says there are NO files for Q-Z. Panicked, Molly asks coworker Jeanie to see if she has them. Nope. Everyone is in a panic. Jeanie, can you stop what you're doing and help Stan find them? While he sits at his desk and plays on his phone, she WALKS OVER TO THE FILING CABINET, and pulls them out. The GIANT, MASSIVE filing cabinet that this jackwagon walks past every day. So, either he's completely oblivious (which I know that he is), or he wants stuff brought TO him (which also appears to be the case, based on other interactions).
Typical MO too. He's always "done" when he's confused/doesn't know what to do next/has completely hosed something up. It's like his code or something. Kinda like how everything is "broken."
So he tells Molly HE found them and he'll stop down at her desk to discuss. Except she works from home EVERY WEDNESDAY. Effing oblivious stooge.
And every week, we have a meeting. Every. Single. Week. we talk about how we can't finalize the project due in November until we have, let's call it the vreeble. Every week, "we're still waiting on the vreeble", "do as much as you can until we get the vreeble", waiting, waiting, waiting, vreeble, vreeble, vreeble. And every meeting, Zippy sits there and takes copious notes. And every GD day he asks someone why he can't finish his project. VREEBLE, YOU DOLT. And then he proceeds, like clockwork, to ask when we're getting the vreeble. No effing way he understands effing English. And I will eat my effing hat if he has the actual work experience as was listed on his resume.
And - by day 2 of her return, Maternity Leave pretty much openly said she wants nothing to do with him....so he's 100% Molly's problem now, even though she has 0 managerial authority.
Yay work.

There appears to be a potential new hire touring the facility today, and as mikey would so graciously put it, "she's an absolute rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrocket."

I just sat in a god damned 1.5 hour meeting held for the sole purpose of holding the hands of Stan & Stanette - literally 90 mins of the absolute most basic stuff I already know, as in zero new and/or helpful information to me...and got to watch both of them take zero notes, stare off into space, or pick at their cuticles. I feel like I'm going to spontaneously combust.
