My training instructor ends basically every sentence with what I determine is the word "cup". I think he's trying to say "okay", but am not sure.

Quick Stan update:
He's been missing for approximately 2 hours. We got out of a meeting at 10:40, no one has seen him since. Car is not in the parking lot that we can tell.

He showed up after a 2.5 hour absence, skipping in with some lunch and a fountain drink. No explanation as to where he was.
I had my status meeting with the boss this afternoon. A one-off item came up related to my project. He asked me if I wanted him to go over it with me now, or he could do it with Stan. I said give it to Stan. Let him deal with that boob while I'm away and get a firsthand glimpse. Though I know it won't matter in the end.

Ha, this is true. Hoping coworker stems the tide while I'm gone. She knows its in everyone's best interest to keep him out of the important stuff.

I'd let him right on into the important stuff, just to watch the flames.

One of the junior engineers on my team was skype chatting with a district manager about an issue we had this morning and how to work around it. Said district manager turned around, screen shotted the skype convo and blasted it out to all of our field managers of a 'workaround' for an issue, including our VP and other VPs and directors. His logic was "We weren't sending an official communication" (we were drafting one, it's a bureaucracy so it takes time)
I have never heard someone methodically destroy someone else's day like I witnessed this morning when our boss called and chastised the guy who screenshotted a skype conversation and sent it to VPs. It was amazing. The guy had literally nothing to say. I'm pretty sure he had to be crying.

There's like this culture in our company that CCing a VP will get work done more quickly. That maybe sometimes works if the work is not already in progress.
It's literally the real life equivalent of throwing gasoline on a fire and saying you're trying to put it out.

We should take bets on how badly he effs up her stuff whilst she is gone.

He's going to replace her. You know her proximity card isn't going to work when she gets back.
