I will say one thing that has helped is that we have an unspoken rule that dress shoes and oxford shirts are no longer required. You can just basically dress like you are going golfing in the fall (ie quarter zip and nice pants but not dress pants) and it’s perfectly acceptable

Our dress code is casual so I wear jeans and a hoodie every day. It has not helped.

Our dress code is casual in that we don't have one. Just don't look like a doofus. Most days I wear a quarter zip or even a hoodie and the lulu pants and tennis shoes. Replace with a golf shirt in the summer

When I say get dressed I mean something other than the gym shorts that are on the floor next to my bed lol

I just wear jeans and a quarter zip or golf shirt. It’s nice and casual. Just don’t look like a bum

We range from smart casual to business casual. (Which are apparently different things)

Jeans, shorts, tshirts, hoodies, baseball hats, whatever. Just don’t dress like a slob.

I'm very progressive on a lot of work issues, but i draw the line at t-shirts, hoodies, and shorts. There are some "office" type environments where that's the culture and I respect that, but I like having some modicum of a dress code. I guess I'm out of touch
I wear jeans, nice sneakers, and a polo or warm top to work usually. It's minimal effort.

My hoodie is either company branded or a footjoy/golf style thinner hoodie. So I guess it's casual but it's not like I'm wearing my 2007 district champs (not a big deal) hoodie into work

I have probably close to a dozen full-zip hoodies in regular rotation (similarly, lots of them are company branded). I don't like pullover hoodies nearly as much, but I do have a couple; I'm more of a 1/4 zip/henley guy in that context.

My work place is weird. The employee handbook says dress code is casual. Nothing else there, just casual. But we have managers in certain departments that require their employees to wear business attire. It’s largely our customer service/HR group.
The lady that oversees that group is as nice as can be… as long as you’re a guy and you don’t work under her. Female in any department and especially a female working under her, she’s weirdly aggro toward them. No clue why.
But yeah, dress codes are for chumps. Just don’t be a f*cking slob and you’re fine. I do jeans and tshirt with a hoodie most days. When I travel, it’s button down shirt with slacks as that’s what’s expected in that environment. Read the room.

I literally wear shirts and a hoodie every single day if I am working with the people I work with. If I am presenting, I wear polos/buttons. Super nice when it's camera and I can costume change as needed lol.

If I know I’m going to be on camera that day I’ll put on a polo. If not it’s tshirts all day long. As far as pants go…either shorts or joggers…sometimes pajama bottoms.

I honestly never see people wearing hoodies anymore, and maybe that is just the part of Boston I live in. We are casual to business casual at work. If anyone came in in a hoodie I'd see that as "slob" territory.

I couldn’t possibly care less about what other people wear.

I also couldn’t care less if anybody anywhere, be it grocery store or work, perceived me in a hoodie as a “slob.”
I also often wear a hat at work. Don’t like it, change the dress code. I’ve said hi to the CEO in a hoodie, jeans, and baseball hat while he’s wearing a full three piece suit. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Speaking of what people wear. What do you wear on a job interview with 3 directors for 60 minutes? Button shirt and tie?
