“I put this on Jason and Sherri’s radar.”
In this case, it would be the first example since they each have their own radar.

I mean, the idea of a radar is abstract anyway but I agree in theory. If Jason and Sherri are part of the same team/workstream, I say the second one. If one is part of the product team and the other is part of the dev team, I'll use the first one

That makes sense too. Jason is my boss and Sherri reports to me, so they definitely do not share a radar
