Do you lift during the games? I ask, because I sometimes hit the exercise bike to avoid feeling a complete slug while watching football.

I've started hitting the treadmill during the afternoon game. I have a big screen TV in the gym though so that helps.

I hate that 'defenseless player' nonsense on high hits, but it's totally kosher to go low on guys in the same position. Either both should be penalties, or neither of them should be.
