I wouldnt watch this if you paid me (well maybe for free beer) but just noted that all lead up the guy was COWBOY. But today he is some shlub just named “Donald Cerrone” like he’s the guy in the next cube over or something.

Last night was pretty fun. The female fight in the undercard was awesome and had to be fight of the night but I haven't seen anything official

Yea, I'm not on the Conner hype train. He knocked out a guy that's been mush for a few years now. I'm more interested in his next fight.

What in the hell? Sanchez takes an illegal knee to the head, then the ref asks him to decide the result of the match. So of course he chooses to DQ the other guy, and wins after 2 and a half rounds of getting his organs pulverized.

Can’t really blame them. That was gonna get worse and there were 5 more rounds to go. Great performance by Fury.

Wilder’s size and power gave him an excuse to never really learn how to box or defend and apparently he didn’t bother learning any of that since his first fight with Fury. A dude of greater size who can box is the worst possible matchup for Wilder.

Did they ever confirm his eardrum was ruptured?

That’ll throw off your equilibrium.

Wilder had an all-black costume, which also lit up, designed as a tribute for Black History Month.

"I really let the designers freelance with it. It was really their idea," Wilder said. "By the third round, I had no legs. I was completely done. My legs were gone. I had to step into survival mode very early. But you know me -- I'm going out on my shield. I'm a fighter. I'm a warrior. That's what I do."

Top Rank chairman Bob Arum, Fury's co-promoter, said he was surprised that Wilder would wear such heavy gear going to the ring, and he pointed out the potential effects of the outfit's full mask.

"Well, I don't know about the legs affecting his performance, but he had to be very, very negligent coming in with that head covering because that choked off his oxygen, and I'm sure that had an effect," Arum said. "Coach [Jon] Gruden [of the Las Vegas Raiders, who was at the fight] said that: 'What is he, crazy?' And it wasn't covering him for two seconds. That was a long [ring] walk."

One punch guy, got figured out by the other guy who knows he's a one punch guy. Wilder is basically the Rousey of Boxing, and relied solely on his one punch to do damage while almost never changing his approach or learning. He's never really gotten better and Fury showed that he was willing to rebuild his entire self to decimate Wilder.

I would be very into watching the fights next Saturday. But how many people are gonna be paying $65 apiece without being able to have a group over to split it? I bet this has horribly bad numbers

Narrator: he paid the $65. Anyone else watch? Not a bad night of fights

I would've if Khabib and Namajunas stayed on the card.

So like he looks quick and has power and all that. But he's 53, he can't possibly last more than a few rounds right?
