I took diuretics among other drugs to get shredded in the past.... it's not a pleasant experience and my strength took a major dip as the water dropped. I also was more 'fragile'

I can't imagine fighting after cutting 30 pounds.

How long do they get between weigh in and the fight?

I can't imagine it being less than 5 days to carb back up and pump your body with 20 pounds of glycogen and water
I believe it's the day before the fight for the weigh in. The issue that was brought up was fighters dehydrating themselves to super dangerous levels. Mainly for the brain. They used to them get IVs etc. however new testing is phasing that out. The testing detects the very small levels of plastic in the blood that using an IV produces.

These fast cuts that I'm hearing about dropping 20 pounds in 4 days... this **** just sounds insane

I can definitely not fight after doing that

The glass is quite a different cost and is very tedious. Because the needles can't be plastic or metal either. They're locking that **** down.

Im like a first grader trying to explain physics here though. Here's an article and you can dig deeper from there.

It looked like Holm was just going to ride it out and get the decision. That was go for broke stuff there.

I have the first round 10-9 McGregor. That blood could become an issue for Diaz
