Only scoring twice in group play kinda sucks, but only giving up one goal (a PK at that) is pretty nice.

2nd half Group D is pretty entertaining for the last spot. Tunisia up 1-0 on France who have basically clinched 1st and nothing to play for. Socceroos up on Denmark 1-0. If those hold Australia is through. If Australia-Denmark is a draw, and Tunisia wins, Tunisia is through. If France equalizes and Aus/Den is a draw, Australia is through. If Denmark comes back to win, and Tunisia wins, then it's a potentially messy series of tiebreakers for Tunisia and Denmark that could end in a random draw.

Goals for and against in their head to head match but they were 0-0 so we move down to sixth on the list, which is yellow cards.

perfect world is US advances and Mexico, England and Canada all don’t. Unfortunate that England won the group but Mexico not advancing is wonderful
