As much as I would like Spurs to make the CL finals, I don't see them beating Barca. At this point I'm more concerned with securing a top 4 spot and participating in the CL next year after maybe actually buying some players.

It’s not gonna help if they sell Eriksen this summer

It'll be interesting to see how that plays out. I don't think Eriksen has been great this year but part of that is due to him playing every game for like two years now. It's on him to sign an extension and if he wants to leave he'll be sold, but they need to build up the midfield depth around him, not start thinning it out again. He would fetch a pretty penny though.
