75" vizio PX or TCL 6 series will do it for you. I love my Sony, but after seeing both of those TVs, I would have zero issues going with either one next time around, the bang for the buck is hard to pass up.

So, I think I finally figured out my DNS issue. I downloaded the Plume app and connected to my wifi. I have 2 pods that run off the router to get better signals throughout the house. When I went through the app, the pods have a different DNS than the main router. So I updated the DNS on the app for the pods using what YonderTV game me.
When I watched the rerun of the Pens final exhibition that night while the blackout was still in effect, it went around the blackout restriction. So I think I'm good to go.
I'll find out for sure this week, but everything seemed to work fine on NHL.tv and working around the blackouts.

Zipcode of your CC is going to be the issue I believe. That is what determines what games are shown/blacked out. At least that is my assumption.

so if i use her CC and just pay her then that works?... how many can use the password at once?

That's not an issue at all. Blackouts are based off either the location of the streaming device (which, depending on the device, is determined and communicated to the service by a number of different ways), the type of device, or streaming in general is blacked out. Sports blackouts are nearly always based on geography (there used to be a thing where you only stream NFL games on a Verizon phone, but they ended that a few years ago).

What device(s) are you planning on using for NHL.tv?

So I guess there’s always a link in reddit somewhere.

I think for Apple.tv you have to use the SmartDNS proxy, which is a paid subscription service that cost $30 or $40 a year.

Yeah, if you want to bypass the blackout, you'll have to find some sort of service that can do that. I'm using Yonder.tv. Typically these services are like $30-40 a year.

I've been a TiVo customer since their original series 1 units back in 2000. As much as I love them, for the most part, they're really starting to piss me off. They must have hired some man burn wearing hipster ass muppet to design the newer hardware, because all of their newer hardware is shaped in weird angles and such. Whatever. My real issue is with their upcoming change. They're going to start showing 10-15 second advertisements at the beginning of your RECORDED SHOWS. You can fast forward them, but I don't want any of that ****. I read that you can call and complain to them and they'll disable that on your devices, so I've already e-mailed their support. Nobody wants ads you NTP66s.

You're the second person this week that I've learned still has a TiVo. With each carrier having its own DVR box, what exactly is the advantage of TiVo?

The GUI is superior to Comcast and Verizon, IMO. My version of the GUI also still supports video transfers to/from a PC, which I still use heavily. It also has direct integration with a number of apps that big box companies don't, like Plex. They've also generally been ahead of cable companies in terms of the number of tuners and HD space available, and support replacing smaller drives with much larger ones for increased capacity. All of my TiVos are on Lifetime subscriptions, so I don't pay a monthly fee to TiVo.

Disney+ may not be on Fire TV due to a reported ad dispute
When Disney confirmed all the platforms on which you'll be able to stream Disney+, there was a notable omission: Amazon's Fire TV ecosystem. It seems the companies are tussling over terms for not just Disney+, but apps for the likes of ESPN+ and Disney Channel.
Amazon reportedly wants a large percentage of ad space on Disney's apps, which the entertainment giant has opposed. The two sides might be able to resolve the issue, but if not, Disney's apps could disappear from Fire TV, according to the Wall Street Journal.
