I got a $10 voucher for Prime Day because I ordered a hunting jacket from a 'small business', so that's cool. Now I can save $10 on all those awesome Prime Deals, like staplers and stress balls, etc.

We already have two echo show 5's, and normal echo, and an echo built into the soundbar downstairs.... I'm trying to tell myself I don't need to upgrade the echo 5's to an 8 or 10, and that I don't need an Echo studio for outside on the porch.

My parents need a thermostat and missed out on the Ecobee 4 + sensor deal at home depot yesterday for $174. So if anything comes up an alert would be wonderful.

Looks like the 3 Lite is a far and away better deal if you explicitly do not want Alexa voice integration. $149 and it won't annoy the piss out of you. I'm replacing the entire HVAC system in about two weeks so this is good timing.
