That certainly moved a number of plots forward.

Ok, so I was wrong on the gift... but how is Yara really of any worth to Cersei?

I know they were trying to convey the tenderness between Missandei and Grey Worm.... But Jesus. That scene was beyond uncomfortable.

Ellaria Sand is the much bigger get. Especially with it appearing that Tarly is indeed going to stab Olenna in the back. That takes out the two main southern houses.

Oh right, I forgot about that. Revenge for Myrcella.

It is going to end so badly for Ellaria and her daughter. I'm guessing at the very beginning of the next show, you see the end of Dorne being a factor of any kind. I'm just anxious imagining how terrible their fate is going to be.

Tbh, the only thing that I haven't cared for so far this season is the continued Sansa-Jon bickering. I hated it last season and it's getting more obnoxious now.

I just hate knowing there are only 5 episodes left before the long wait for the last season.

They are fine. The Dornish and Non-Euron Greyjoys... not so much.

Euron Greyjoy is way too over the top. He's too much of a cartoon character for this word.

Such coincidence
Many dumb luck
Great fortune for the story

Euron just happens to run into Yara because the story dictates it. Why not have some exposition like Euron saying he's setting up a blockade because the only way Dorne's army moves is by Yara's ships. Anything but random dumb luck.

I am pretty much back to full-blown hating Sansa again. When she started screaming "YOU ARE ABANDONING YOUR PEOPLE", I wanted Jon to strangle her. She is going to do something really stupid I wager as the temporary Queen of the North. Her voice is incredibly annoying too.

I find Euron's "discovery" of the other Greyjoy fleet to be a little too much.

The Greyjoy fleets are filled with lifelong sailors - surely Theron and Yara's ships had lookouts that would notice a huge enemy fleet before they were on top of them, even in the dark fog. Even if they didn't expect attack, they would've posted lookouts on the screening ships on seaward side of the armada.

Baelish is going to get in Sansa's ear and put some kind of a wrench in what Jon and Davos put together.

The Dany/Tyrion squad is looking dumb. When Olenna told Dany that Tyrion was doing it wrong, you could tell something was going to blow up in their face. But seriously, how could they get ambushed like that? Isn't Vary's supposed to know everything? Aside from the giant armada ready to destroy their entire force headed towards Kings Landing?

And that upsets me, one of the reasons you root for Tyrion is that he's supposed to be a tactician. If they're just going to blunder around Westeros while the Lannisters mobilize a strong army, this season is going to suck.

Agreed. Not to mention you have **** dragons and know there is a fleet of 1000 ships out there somewhere. At least go scout King's landing or the path towards Dorne. The dragons can cover a lot of ground and really if Danny wanted to, take all 3 and just burn the enemy fleet. They would have no recourse.

I think this is where you can tell the books guiding hands are missed. Now stuff is happening because the story demands it, not because it was built properly.

 I really dislike him and I'm confused why everyone loves him so much. From riding the boarding ramp thing like Jack Sparrow to his cringe-worthy "Give your uncle a kiss!" I just don't see his appeal. He belongs in PotC.

I mean... She's not wrong. If Jon ever had any consequences like other characters in the book or the show, he would be long dead and never coming back to life.

That's where I am with Dany and Tyrion too. Jon hasn't had to deal with back stabbing, and Tyrion/Dany haven't dealt with any cunning enemies. They seem to think that all they need to do is execute their agenda and their plans, independent of what other people are doing.
