Anyone watching the Disney Gallery - Star Wars - The Mandalorian stuff on ThePirateBay Disney+? I've only watched one episode so far, but it's pretty good. Also, TIL that Dave Filoni, one of the writers and directors on this and a number of other SW-related things, is from Mt. Lebanon. Caught him wearing a Pens cap on set.

Some of it is really good behind the scenes stuff, some is a bit boring. Overall a thumbs up for behind the scenes geeks.

Dirty Jobs will be airing a 4-episode special starting on July 7th: https://corporate.discovery.com/discove ... ng-july-7/

That was one of my favorite shows ever, so I'll be tuning in.

Early Dirty Jobs was good because of the jobs they did.

Mid Dirty Jobs was better because they got the production straight and the jobs that they did.

Late Dirty Jobs... they had run out of interesting jobs.

The technology episode was fantastic.
The circular video wall and ceiling that moves with the camera so that the set extensions are in camera and don't need to be CG'd in later? Looks so odd from non-camera, looks so fantastic in camera. No waiting for the green screen to be replaced in post.

I was just thinking last night how much I wish I could go back and watch 24 for the first time again. Can't believe it premiered almost 20 years ago.

The first 3 seasons of 24 are always re-watchable. You won't get the same amount of shock over the characters being killed, but still good acting. Jack, Tony, Michelle, Nina, President Palmer, and Kim for the eye candy.

I’ve watched one complete episode of 24. Kiefer Sutherland had to kill a main character to keep the terrorists from killing more people. I found that shocking back in 2002 or 3 whenever that was. We’re all kind of used to main characters dying now, but back then it was pretty novel.

Long overdue and hopefully the rumors are true. She is one of the nastiest hags in Hollywood and has somehow fleeced the public with her "Be nice to one another" mantra that she shows publicly.
The cancellation rumors surfaced after The Sun published a report claiming that ratings for Season 17 of DeGeneres' talk show recently fell 14 percent, citing TVNewsCheck statistics. The report also included several comments, some from comedians and one television writer, who claimed DeGeneres isn't pleasant to work with.

While the production company confirmed that the show has no plans of leaving television, back in May, a former bodyguard for the famed television personality backed up the not-so-nice allegations mounting against DeGeneres.

Rhea should at least be nominated for an Emmy before BCS is over. Crazy it hasn't happened yet.

Ellen might be a shrew, but I love this quote from a "beauty influencer."
"Call me naive, but I kind of expected to be welcomed with confetti cannons," de Jager told the Dutch publication &C. "But instead I was greeted by an angry intern who was a bit overworked. I was expecting a Disney show, but I got Teletubbies after dark."
My heart breaks for this poor rando.
