Sheldon and Amy's partnership continues! Jim Parsons and Mayim Bialik, who starred as married scientists Sheldon Cooper and Amy Farrah Fowler on The Big Bang Theory, are teaming up to executive-produce a multi-camera sitcom called Carla for Fox, Variety reports. Bialik will star.
Carla is based on a BBC sitcom called Miranda, created by Miranda Hart. Bialik will play the titular character, "a 39-year-old woman who struggles every day against society and her mother to prove that you cannot have everything you want and still be happy," according to Variety. "That is why she spent the money her parents set aside for her wedding to open a Cat Café in Louisville, KY."
No, thanks.

We never made it through season 3. It got so convoluted but simultaneously boring somehow.

Did anyone catch the pilot of Watchmen? The trailers didn't really look that special to me, but the reviews so far have been really good.

Due to the long pause between seasons 2 and 3, we rewatched the entire seasons 1 and 2 before we started 3. I'm not sure what it was about it, but got so much more out of it, watching the whole way through. Its time for the show to wrap it up, but for me, its been so good.

Gonna watch tonight. Very surprised by the response it's received because as you said the trailers were not great. Reviews have been great and even pissbaby fan sites like io9 loved it.

I may wait and get a bunch of episodes of Watchmen stockpiled before I watch it. I have a feeling it's the type of show that gets irritating waiting a week between episodes.

I thought the trailers made Watchmen look good. I watched the first episode, and I think it's bad.

Going to watch the Righteous Gemstones instead.

I'm a sucker for all the gold mining shows on Discovery, and now that I have the DiscoveryGo App I've been going back and watching some of them and Bering Sea Gold is probably the best. Has the absolute worst "reality show acting" and "writing", which is part of its charm.

I need to get back on the Peaky watch. Just finished new season of Schitts Creek and it was terrific. Made the mistake of watching a Christmas British Bake off show in October and now I want it to be December.

Aberama Gold from Peaky Blinders has one of the best names ever and it's even better when you hear them say it on the show.

Saw Jennifer Aniston on GMA today when I was getting ready for work. She's turned the corner, better cash in those checks while she can. She's starting to get a Sara Jessica Parker long face thing going on.
